Another week in college football, another BCS shake-up. The Big East bowl projections are coming down to wire, with Rutgers, Louisville or Cincinnati likely making the trip down south to Orlando. The ACC is still too close to call, but Miami’s self imposed bowl ban for the second straight year made the picture a little bit clearer.
